The breakfast had a wide variety of offerings. It included North Indian and South Indian options (a HUGE plus). fresh fruit. The heated pools had the backdrop of the mountains, what a VIEW. I was very happy.

The hotel offered spacious rooms. I had an executive suite and found it quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff and the restaurant workers were very prompt and courteous, I found that really helpful. The views from the hotel, especially from the balcony, were excellent.

The taxi service arranged by the hotel was subpar. The vehicle felt old and unsuitable for the hotel level (a nicer vehicle would be expected).

The hotel has two restaurants, one serving Italian food and the other offering Indian cuisine. The breakfast had many options (especially the masala dosa). The chef did an excellent job.

The taxi arranged by the hotel was not up to par. it was a scruffy vehicle. I did not find it suitable for a hotel of this standard. the greeting upon arrival was underwhelming. I expected a warmer welcome. i felt better employee training would improve the guest experience.

the taxi i got through the hotel proved disappointing. it was not a standard taxi, just a scruffy vehicle that didn't seem appropriate for a hotel of this type. the long journey on twisting roads felt unsafe, going at high speeds. No WATER was offered in the car, a surprise for a supposed five-star service.
